Tarwin Universal Ltd, a company controlled by Philippe Rebillard, Vice President of Nutri Pharma subsidiary MIG has on the 30.06.2006 and 05.07.2006 purchased in total 3.000.000 NUT shares from Cleverling Business, a company controlled by Daniel Laroque, President of MIG and board member of Nutri Pharma ASA at an average price of NOK 2,61 per share.

The transaction is part of a plan to create ownership for the core management in MIG, a fully owned subsidiary of Nutri Pharma ASA.

Cleverling Business 2.800.000
