Nutri Pharma announces today that Haakon Ambjørndalen, acting CFO of Nutri Pharma, has decided to pursue other career opportunities and will therefore resign from his position effective mid-January 2007. Mr. Ambjørndalen will serve as an advisor to the Company until the Annual General Meeting April 18, 2007 to ensure a smooth transition to his successor.
