Cleverling Business, a company controlled by Daniel Laroque -
president of MIG and board member of Nutri Pharma, has transferred
a total of 800.000 shares in Nutri Pharma as part of the final
settlement with the former IT-suppliers of MIG -
Mr. John Wibbley (200.000), Mr. Charles Mc Chulock (200.000)
an to Nexus Group (400.000), ref also release of 12 November 2007.
