At Nutri Pharmas (OSE: NUT) annual general meeting yesterday, three new board members were appointed. The new board members are Bertrand Facon, Roel Pieper and Per-Morthen Johannessen.

Bertrand Facon, European Head/Deputy Global Head of the Industrial & Services Group, CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON
Facon has responsibility for Industrial & Services at CSFB Corporate Investment Banking division in Europe. He is also Deputy Global head in this area. Bertrand Facon has been with CSFB since 1985 and has had several positions both as an analyst and within the investment area, and especially on food and FMCGs. Facon has studied at Syracuse University and has a MSc in Applied Physics from Harvard University and an MBA from Colombia University Graduate School of Business.

Roel Pieper, General Partner, Insight Capital Partners New York
Piper has had a diversified international career mainly within the ICT-industry. Following his Technical Director position at Software AG, he was appointed CEO at AT&T’s Unix Systems Laboratories. In 1996 he was appointed CEO of Tandem Computers, and following the takeover of Tandem by Compaq, he was appointed board member and Executive Vice President in Royal Philips Electronics N.V. In 1999 Roel Pieper made General Partner in the New York based company Insight Capital Partners. He is a board member of several companies and non-profit organisations. Pieper has his education from Delft University of Technology where he majored in mathematics and computer science. He also is professor of e-commerce at University of Twente.

Per-Morthen Johannessen, Senior Vice President, Tomra ASA
Johannessen has a Master of Management degree from Copenhagen. Today he is Senior Vice President of Tomra ASA. Before he entered his current position, he gained experience within several food industry sectors, among them with Quaker Oates in Copenhagen and as Divisional Manager for Mars/Master Foods in Norway. Johannesen has served as CEO of both Pepsi-Cola Norge A/S and Pepsi-Cola International Scandinavia. His last position before joining Tomra was CEO of Pepsi-Cola Company International Western Europe Franchise Unit.
