Cleverling Business, a company controlled by 
Daniel Laroque, board member of Nutri Pharma ASA 
has today increased its holding of NUT shares 
from 3,56% to 5,47% of the outstanding shares in 
Nutri Pharma ASA.  

As was reported on the 11. august 2006, 
3.000.000 NUT shares were transferred from 
Cleverling Business to Tarwin Universal Ltd, a 
company controlled by Philippe Rebillard, Vice 
President of Nutri Pharma subsidiary MIG.

Tarwin Universal Ltd should only have received 
1.500.000 shares according to the agreement 
between the parties. Due to this mistake, the 
balance of 1.500.000 NUT shares has today been 
transferred back to Cleverling Business at same 
price of NOK 2,61 per share.
